Apex Systems – Policies
1. Service Nature
Apex Systems is an independent, multi-brand laptop and computer repair center registered in India. We are not an authorized service center or official partner of any specific brand.
2. Warranty Policy
Apex Systems does not service devices under manufacturer warranty.
Customers are advised to contact the respective brand’s authorized service center for in-warranty repairs.
3. Customer Approval & Device Integrity
Any repair, part removal, or modification will be performed only after explicit customer approval.
Customers are advised to note their device serial number and condition before submission.
Apex Systems is not responsible for disputes regarding the physical condition of the device once submitted and approved.
4. Data Responsibility & Privacy
Customers hold full responsibility for their data.
Apex Systems does not access, store, or back up customer data without explicit consent.
Customers must take complete backup of all data before submitting the device.
Apex Systems shall not be liable for any data loss during or after the repair process.
No compensation will be provided for data loss under any circumstances.
Data Recovery (If Applicable)
Recovered data will be handed over and deleted from our systems in the customer’s presence.
Apex Systems is not responsible for data leaks if the storage device has been previously handled by third parties.
5. Software Policy
Only genuine, authorized, open-source, or trial software will be installed.
Any software installation or system modification will be done only with customer approval.
Customers are responsible for their software licenses, installations, and data management.
6. Pricing & Charges
Service charges listed are for labor/services only.
Replacement parts, components, or consumables are charged separately.
Final pricing may vary based on device condition, diagnosis, and repair complexity.
Additional issues identified during diagnosis may lead to revised estimates, which will be communicated for approval.
7. Spare Parts & Warranty
Apex Systems uses original, tested, and compatible spare parts.
Spare parts are covered only under the limited warranty provided by the manufacturer/supplier.
Warranty claims require a valid invoice.
Warranty replacements are only handled at the service center (no onsite warranty).
Delays in replacement may occur due to manufacturer shipping timelines.
For certain brands/components (e.g., hard drives), customers may need to contact the manufacturer directly.
8. Installation & Post-Service Responsibility
Apex Systems is not responsible for OS/software reinstallation or data restoration after hardware replacement.
Customers may opt for paid services for installation and setup if required.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Apex Systems is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or damage during the repair process.
Apex Systems is not responsible for any further damage after customer approval of repairs.
10. Staff Responsibility
Any misguidance or service-related issue caused by an individual staff member is the responsibility of that individual, and not the company as a whole.
11. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes related to services, sales, or warranty shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
12. General Terms
Submission of a device to Apex Systems implies acceptance of all the above policies.
